Tasmanian Pepperberry Soy Sauce
This fragrant Pepperberry Soy Sauce uses a light soy to show off the delicate complex layers of the sweet, fruity and spicy layers of the pepperberry. Wild Pepper Isle select the ripest Pepperberries for the soy sauce infusion to give it a light fruity background and pack it full of dried, cracked pepperberry to give it crunchy pockets of flavour and extra spiciness.
Use it with sushi, as a dipping sauce, instead of wasabi. Alternatively season rice or noodle dishes…. Or just experiment yourself!
