Designed and printed in Tasmania. This tea towel features Stalley Briton's original drawing of the platypus which has been converted to a screen, and applied to the towel.
The composition of the fabric is 75% linen, 25% cotton. The inks used are Permaset Aqua which are water based and environmentally friendly.
Stalley Briton is the designer and maker behind Stalley Textile Co. She works from her home studio in South Hobart with her children. She aims to convey the beauty of the Tasmanian bush with others through her artwork.
