Friday November 1st - Sunday November 3rd 2024

Join Loic Le Guilly and Rob Blakers for an exploration of the incredible wildlife on the Tasman Peninsula...

During the workshop we will be exploring the extraordinarily diverse wildlife and photographic landscape at Bangor and also at the Tasman Peninsula. We’ll enjoy fine Tasmanian cuisine and comfortable accommodation at the delightful ‘Pavilion on Pirates’ at Eaglehawk Neck.

  • 2 dawn boat tours with Wild Ocean Tasmania to photograph albatross, shearwaters, other pelagic birds, seals, dolphins and if lucky, migrating whales!
  • Detailed tutorials on field techniques, photographic equipment, day and night wildlife photography techniques and accessories, wildlife ecology, focus stacking, composition, stitching, 360 panoramas, time lapse photography, wildlife video and more!
  • Night sky, and with luck, aurora photography
  • Photography in the tranquil landscapes of Bangor and at the Tasman Peninsula.
  • Small group discussions and relaxed information-sharing
  • Nutritious and delicious meals
