If you are in need of some extra help to sleep or just to relax in these challenging times, this little Good Night Balm is ideal. With a perfect aromatherapy blend of pure essential oils to promote sleep and rest – Lavender, Chamomile Roman Oil, Sweet Orange Oil, Petitgrain and Sandalwood.
Just rub some Good Night Balm into your temples, neck or shoulders for the effect to work. You can also rub a little between your hands if you sleep with your hands near your chin.
Child safe after 12 months – ideally applied to either bottom of feet or as a chest rub.
