Hand foraged ripe rosehips, garden grown crab apples & Australian native anise myrtle make up this delicate lush Rose Anise Jelly.
Beautifully soft, delicate and aromatic, it is a great accompaniment to fish & meat dishes, desserts or cheese platters.
This product caught the attention of judges at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards in 2018 with its uniquely soft and full flavour. It went on to win multiple gold medals and a Champion award in the years following.
Try mixing it with a bit of olive oil & salt flakes to make a soft, unique salad dressing.
We add a tiny dollop of it to smoked salmon on toasted sourdough, cream cheese & rocket.
